
Qualifications and Expectations of Church on the Hill Executive Council Members:

Have and maintain a good reputation

Prioritize family life

Exhibit a high level of personal self-control

Exhibit strong relational skills with others

Be hospitable and loving
-
Maintain a high degree of personal integrity

Have a high level of spiritual maturity
The Church on the Hill Executive Council:
-
Is the chief governing body of the church
-
Consists of:
-
The Senior Pastor
-
The Associate Pastor (if there is one)
-
A minimum of five (5) other active members of the church
-
May create committees as it deems necessary
-
Nominates council members for the next term and present them to the church at the annual business meeting
-
Chooses the corporate officers from among their members as follows:
-
Chairman
-
Clerk
-
Treasurer
-
Presents a budget to the church at the annual business meeting
-
Reviews and approves changes to the Policies and Procedures manual
The Church on the Hill Executive Council Members:
-
Serve terms of three (3) years
-
Will take one (1) year off once their term of service is concluded before serving on the Executive Council again.
